How long will it take to receive the course?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Domestic shipping takes 3-6 business days to arrive, international shipping usually takes 7-10 business days but may take up to 20 business days (Customs may delay the shipping process on international orders).

How To Login To Your Account And Check Your Stats...

Note:  Your affiliate link keeps cookies for an unlimited amount of time.  So even if someone visits your link but doesn't purchase it for 6 months you will still get credit for the sale.

 

How Do I Get Paid?

We pay out twice monthly.  On the 16th and the 1st of every month or within 3 days of this period.  If either of those days falls on a holiday or a weekend we will pay out the following business day. 

You will be paid on the closest payment date that falls after the 30 day trial period.  This assumes that the product is not returned in that time period, in which case you will not be paid the commission.

You will either get paid by check or with a Paypal account (Paypal is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED).  If you do not have a Paypal account CLICK HERE!    

If you live within the US and choose to be paid by check, a $2 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the total.

International Affiliates Please NOTE: If you live outside the US, you MUST choose to receive commissions via PayPal. Checks will not be mailed outside the US.

 

Returns and Refunds:

If you have purchased our product and would like a refund, you must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure the process goes smoothly. 

Simply send the product back in "like new" "undamaged" condition and in it's entirety to the address below.

The package MUST be postmarked on or before the 30 days from purchase date for the refund to be valid. Please include a copy of the original purchase receipt which should have been emailed to you at the time of purchase. 

(If the consultation was purchased with the course, it too falls under the 30 day return policy and will be processed accordingly.)

If these guidelines are met you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling via the payment method you used at time of purchase.

If you do not have a copy of the original receipt, simply send the purchasers full contact information. (Name, Address, Email, Phone, Date Of Purchase, And How You Paid For The Item.  This allows us to look up the order in our database)

Also include a description of why you are returning the item.

Refunds may take up to 5 business days upon receipt of the course from you.  You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

If the product is damaged in anyway the refund and return policy is void and will not be processed.

If a credit card chargeback is initiated by the customer in anyway (requesting a refund through credit card company) the return policy is void and will not be processed.

If the course does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time due to a delay in shipping and chooses to not have another course shipped, a refund may be processed in the amount of 50% of the purchase price less shipping and handling.  It is under the publishers discretion to reward a refund, depending upon the circumstances of each individual transaction.

 

Can I Get Paid For Buying The Course From Myself?

If you purchase the product from your own affiliate link you will NOT be paid the commission for the sale.

You can still purchase the course at your affiliate link, if you have not purchased it as of yet.  But the commissions will not be paid out for that sale.
